It is designed for freelancers and digital nomads, but the same DTV visa can also be obtained through participation in Muay Thai training programs or Thai cooking courses under the Soft Power program.

Stay Options While Your Visa Is Being Processed
After submitting the DTV application, you have full flexibility:
• You may stay in the country of application and wait for visa approval, or
• You may return immediately to Thailand, or
• You may travel to any other country.
Once your DTV visa is approved, you can:
• return directly to Thailand, or
• make a visa run. Upon arrival in Thailand, we will:
• arrange VIP Fast Track service at the airport, and
• ensure you receive a 180-day DTV entry stamp in your passport.

Extension of Stay & Future Travel
When your 180-day stay is nearing its end, you can simply exit Thailand and re-enter to obtain a new 180-day stamp.

The DTV visa must be applied for outside Thailand.
